WORKSHOP Ženy a šachy – tolerance a posílení postavení žen v šachu

Leadership workshop “Women and Chess – Promoting Tolerance & Women Empowerment” is going to be one of the key events of the Tolerance Games – Asian Chess Women’s Contest that will take place on February 06, in Abu-Dhabi, UAE.
Speakers of the event will exchange experiences and showcase how chess can change women’s lives for the better.
The panel of speakers includes:
✅ Anastasia Sorokina, Chair of FIDE Commission for Women’s Chess;
✅ Dana Reizniece-Ozola, FIDE Deputy Chair of Management Board;
✅ David Smerdon, member of FIDE WOM Commission;
✅ Tshepiso Lopang, WIM, African Chess Confederation President;
✅ Irene Kharisma Sukandar, WGM, Member of Athletes‘ Commission (ATH);
✅ Anastasia Karlovich, WGM, Ukrainian chess journalist and photographer.
